Ai Home ("we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered home design application developed by EvolvoSofts. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.

By using the Ai Home app, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address (via email/password registration, Google Sign-In, or Facebook Login)
• Display name and profile photo (if provided or imported from a social login)
• Unique user ID assigned by Firebase Authentication

Content You Create

• Photos of your room or space that you upload for AI analysis
• AI-generated home design images created using your inputs
• Style preferences and room descriptions you enter in the app

Purchase & Credits Information

• In-app purchase records processed through Google Play Billing
• Credit balance and transaction history stored in our database
• We do not store or access your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google Play

Usage & Analytics Data

• App screens visited, features used, and session duration
• Crash reports and diagnostic information
• App open events and general engagement metrics

Device & Technical Information

• Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• Network connection type and IP address
• Advertising ID (used for personalised ads via AdMob)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the service — authenticate your account, process prompts, and deliver AI-generated designs
• Manage credits — track your balance and apply credits earned through purchases
• Improve the app — analyse usage patterns and crash reports to fix bugs and improve performance
• Show advertisements — serve relevant ads through Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network
• Send notifications — deliver important updates or promotional messages (you can opt out in device settings)
• Prevent fraud — use reCAPTCHA and other signals to protect the service from abuse
• Comply with legal obligations — retain records as required by applicable law

Ai Home integrates several third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy and may independently collect data from your device.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

• Your account profile and credits are kept in Firebase Firestore while your account exists
• Generated design images are stored in Firebase Storage and associated with your account
• Analytics and crash data is retained by Google for up to 14 months per their standard policy
• Purchase records may be retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance

When you delete your account, your profile, designs, and credits are permanently removed from our systems within 5 working days. Some aggregate or anonymised analytics data may be retained longer as it cannot be linked back to you.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing for direct marketing purposes
• Withdraw consent — opt out of push notifications at any time via device settings

7. Account Deletion

You have the right to permanently delete your Ai Home account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

1. From within the app: go to Profile → scroll down → tap Delete My Account → confirm. You will be signed out immediately and your data deleted within 5 working days.
2. By email: if you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address and we will process the deletion manually.

8. Children's Privacy

Ai Home is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete that information promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you via a push notification or an in-app message.

Continued use of Ai Home after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
